In the 10-round co-feature, light heavyweight wrecking bell Imam Khataev looks to defend his NABF strap and extend his knockout streak against Argentina’s upset-minded Ezequiel Maderna.
Promoted by Eye of The Tiger, Biyarslanov-Kiliti, Khataev-Maderna, and undercard bouts will stream live and exclusively in the U.S. on ESPN+ starting at 6:30 p.m. ET/3:30 p.m. PT.
Biyarslanov (15-0, 13 KOs) moved to Canada as a child and represented his adopted homeland at the 2016 Rio Olympics. He has won seven straight fights by knockout in four rounds or less and picked up the vacant NABF title in June with a fourth-round knockout over Elias Mauricio Haedo. Kiliti (10-0, 6 KOs), a five-year pro from Székesfehérvár, Hungary, is making his North American debut.
Khataev (7-0, 7 KOs) earned a bronze medal for Russia at the Tokyo Olympics. Now based in Sydney, Australia, the 29-year-old who has drawn comparisons to Artur Beterbiev has been a knockout machine as a pro. He last fought on the Vasiliy Lomachenko-George Kambosos Jr. card in Perth, Australia, stopping Ricards Bolotniks in six rounds. Maderna (31-12, 21 KOs) is 2-2 since scoring a stunning knockout over then-unbeaten prospect Karol Itauma on the Beterbiev-Anthony Yarde undercard.
