announce the signing of Standout Amateur Boxer, *Steven Navarro* to an
exclusive management contract. Navarro will be Co-Managed by his
father, *Refugio
Navarro* and *Vishare Mooney*, Founder of *DreamChasers Boxing, LLC* a
boutique athlete management firm. *Mooney *is the former *Nike* Marketing
Strategist who helped launch the *Jordan brand*. She is very active in the
Boxing Community supporting both Amateur and Professional Boxing. *Refugio
Navarro*, who has trained his son his entire Amateur career, will serve as
Head Trainer, alongside trainer *Marvin Somodio* of LA’s *Wild Card Boxing
Club*. *Somodio* has worked with *Manny Pacquiao* and also trains World
Champions *Eimantas Stanionis, Mark Magsayo,* and *Mercito Gesta*.The 19-year-old *Steven Navarro* is a native of *Inglewood, California*. He
comes from a family that has been dedicated to the sport of Boxing for many
years, with many professional boxers in the family, including Former *USA
Olympian, Jose Navarro*. *Navarro* began boxing at the age of eight
following the career of his uncle and father with a passion. As an amateur,
he’s a *13x National Champion, 2x International Medalist, 2018 WBC Amateur
Champion and Silver Medalist at the 2023 Olympic Trials*. Navarro intends
to enter the professional ranks in the Super Flyweight Division.
