Shapiro Sports and Entertainment’s Fradimil Macayo wins Last Thursday in Mexico

This past Thursday junior welterweight
Fradimil Macayo won a tough eight-round unanimous decision over Armando
Ramirez Almanza in Ciudad, Mexico.

The scores were 79-73 and 78-74 twice. The fight was streamed live on UFC
Fight Pass.

The 29 year-old Macayo is from Carupano, Venezuela, who is promoted by
Shapiro Sports and Entertainment.

With the win, Macayo improved to 16-1 with 13 knockouts, and will look to
enter the top-15 in the major sanctioning body.
