Tyson Fury ‘sluggish in the gym’ as more information leaks from training camp ahead of Oleksandr Usyk fight

Fury and Usyk are set to battle it out in a mega undisputed bout in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia on February 17.

The pair will put their belts and their unbeaten professional records on the line, ending years of trash-talking.

Johnny Nelson has revealed more rumours from inside Tyson Fury’s campPA
Former WBO cruiserweight champion Nelson said earlier this week that he had received reports from Fury’s camp that he was ‘getting turned over’ in the gym.

Promoter Eddie Hearn has since labelled those rumours as ‘absolute rubbish’.

But Nelson has now given further insight into the problems he has heard Fury is facing.

Nelson also believes complaints from some members of Fury’s family prove that not everything is rosy.

“If I say too much they are going to know where it’s come from and someone is going to get in trouble.

“But look at the stuff around it. If his dad is complaining about training camp, his brother is complaining about backslappers, you have got to think to yourself if they saying it, why are they saying these things?

“So when you hear stories like this from not one person but two reliable sources you think ‘alright’.

“Now you are not supposed to tell tales from what goes on inside the gym.

“But I’m not in the gym anymore, I can give you half the story!

“As far as I am concerned, I have always said that Tyson beats Oleksandr Usyk but then from the last performance, that Tyson Fury can’t be sent up.

“From what I am hearing happening in the gym, I am hoping it is just rumours set alight by Tyson’s team, I am hoping because I want the Brit to win. So don’t shoot the messenger!”
