O’Shaquie Foster Breaks Into The Ring’s Pound-for-Pound Top 10 After Navarrete Win

O’Shaquie Foster’s dominant victory over Emanuel Navarrete has earned him another major recognition. The Ring revealed Thursday that Foster has entered its pound-for-pound rankings at No. 10, replacing WBO and Ring strawweight champion Oscar Collazo.

Foster (26-3, 12 KOs) earned the spot after defeating Navarrete by unanimous decision in their Oct. 24 super featherweight unification fight at Frost Bank Center in San Antonio. Foster controlled much of the 12-round bout and punctuated the performance by dropping Navarrete twice in the final round. The judges scored it 118-108, 118-108 and 115-111. With the victory, Foster added Navarrete’s IBF and WBO belts to his WBC championship and also captured the vacant Ring title at 130 pounds.

The ranking caps a major 2026 run for the Orange, Texas native. Foster also defeated former featherweight champion Raymond Ford earlier this year, giving him two significant victories in the same calendar year. Foster now sits alongside boxing’s elite on The Ring’s pound-for-pound list, which is led by Naoya Inoue, Oleksandr Usyk and Shakur Stevenson. With three major belts at super featherweight, Foster’s next target could be the remaining title needed to become undisputed.
